Natalie has been practicing Hatha Yoga for 20 years qualifying as a yoga teacher helped me to realise my dream of teaching something I really believed in whilst combining a keen interest in fitness, health and well being.†The Hatha method of Yoga is initially learnt through the in-depth study of asanas (posture) and pranayama (breath control). Yoga classes will be of mixed ability where students are guided to learn and work in poses safely. The key aim is to offer all students a meaningful and enjoyable lesson.
