Her gardens have won many awards including Supreme Winner of the APL Awards in 2013 and in 2015 Tina won a Gold Medal at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. During the initial visit I look at the site and discuss your requirements, the style of garden you would like, problem areas, your budget and the amount of time you have available for gardening. I will then be able to give you a quotation for the design work or, in the case of larger projects, a quotation for the first stage of the design. An accurate survey of the existing site is needed before any design work can start. I familiarise myself with your garden, noting views, features to be retained, slopes and levels, soil type and prevailing winds. I measure smaller gardens myself but larger or more complex sites require the services of a land surveyor. An outline plan is prepared showing landscape features, hard landscaping and planted areas. This plan may be all that you require if you want to tackle a smaller project yourself. For larger projects, the outline plan allows me to present my ideas and talk through any other options or solutions to particular issues that may exist.
