Through working on retreats as a body practitioner, Louise has trained and worked with many great yoga teachers and practitioners from around the world. This inspired her to complete her own teacher training Diploma in 2007 at Yoga Vidya Gurukul in Nasik, India. She extended this training to encompass pregnancy yoga with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli in 2009. As a mother of two, she thoroughly enjoys working with mothers and mothers-to-be and runs a variety of classes and retreats. Through her love of yoga and the other modalities, she has gathered a deep and diverse understanding of the physical body and how it relates to the subtle energy body. Louise believes in continual personal development and integration. The inspiration of teachers such as Thich Nhat Hanh, Michael Rose and Sarah Powers, enable her to bring her experiences together with mindfulness and a deeper aspiration for change and evolution for all. It was during a stay at Plum Village that Louise received the name ‘Harmony of The Heart’ from Thich Nhat Hanh.
