This desire to treat people has come from my own experiences of sport and postural injuries which, over the years has resulted in periods of frustration. I have sought out and benefited from the help of sports massage therapists to break this vicious circle of pain and discomfort. Through personal experience I know how much damage can be caused to the body through long hours sat at a computer. This can lead to aches and pains which are often due to a shortening and tightening of the soft tissues. Poor posture & stress can be the underlying cause of this condition.
