My pursuit of soft tissue therapy was driven by an injury sustained in 2009, where I was unable to work for 2 months. The rehabilitation I received triggered my fascination of how touch can help change soft tissues and promote healing. In 2011 I attended an Introduction to Massage Workshop through Oxford School of Sports Massage, which reaffirmed my desire to pursue this as a career. The following year I returned and completed the ISRM/BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage. It is a professional diploma and the highest achievable in Sport and Remedial Massage field. Upon graduation I became a full member of the ISRM (Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage) and in 2013 I began working as an Assistant Tutor for OSSM. Over the last 6 years I have assisted in the delivery of the Introduction to Massage Workshops and Diploma course.
