He had an apprentice named William Mann, who took over the business in 1835. The Mann family remain in the jewellery business to this day, with the eighth generation bringing a wealth of knowledge to the trade. Promenade Jewellers, previously know as Promenade Antiques, has been managed by Mr Mann for over 30 years. With a large shop along the Promenade of Cheltenham, he is well positioned to share his extensive knowledge of jewellery.
