It can help at times like these to talk things through with a qualified counsellor or psychotherapist and as a result you will often find yourself feeling lighter, calmer with a greater acceptance of your self and others. My name is Nicola Farrow. I am a fully qualified counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer non-judgmental counselling irrespective of your age, gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation. I support and work with individuals and couples who are experiencing a wide range of issues, such as, anxiety, depression, addictions, relationship issues, separation, divorce, low self-esteem, anger and bereavement.
