Hi, my name is Yvette and I am an experienced BACP Counsellor, Coach and Psychotherapist based in Essex. I am also an Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner, registered with EFTi and a certified Self-Discovery Coach™. I have spent over 10 years of training to be a Coach, Therapist and humanistic Counsellor. I have been described as a new age counsellor. All my training has been aimed at helping you through life’s struggles. I cover most issues but specialise in Anxiety and Depression.
I can help you tap into the negative programming and also help to bring you into the now. I’ve spent the last two decades of my life exploring the metaphysical and self-discovery is my passion, and I am here to guide you on yours.
I am 52 and after living through a tough divorce I have coped with bringing up two children and started two businesses alone. Before that, I worked in London for 11 years in commodity broking’ making money for big banking organizations and had to completely change my life to become a Mother. I then lost one of my best friends to cancer in 2013. My traumatic childhood and other sad experiences led me to my own self-discovery. I discovered Law of attraction after trauma in 2009 and I realised I had to take responsibility and I learnt how to change my behaviour.
