At various stages in our lives we may experience difficulties or problems, which may cause us feelings of great distress. With the benefit of therapy, a greater understanding can be achieved, along with personal growth, leading to a different and more fulfilling way of living each day. I offer an integrative approach, which means drawing from a varied 'tool bag' of therapy models. The models include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), transactional analysis (TA), psychodynamic, existential and humanistic/person-centered approaches. I also use hypnosis, which means I can offer the type of therapy or combination of therapies, which is most appropriate for the particular needs of each client. I work face to face on a short and/or long term basis. The length of therapy can be decided together and if needed be reviewed throughout therapy.
