Osteopathy has been used for well over 100 years and has been shown to help many muscle and joint problems/disorders such as lower back pain, neck pain, and shoulder problems. Osteopathy can also help many other problems such as headaches, digestion issues and fibromyalgia and is suitable for all ages. By law all osteopaths have to be registered with the General Osteopathic Council giving you reassurance that treatment you receive is being provided by a practitioner who has undergone either a 4 or 5 year degree which includes a minimum of 1200 hours working directly with patients.
