We had so much fun on our Yoga & Trail Running Derbyshire Dales weekend on October 18th-20th this year. This year we also opened the retreat up to those who could only do a day or half a day and it was just so much fun. We are now planning our retreats fro 2020 and we already have 2 dates for you. Our first one will be on May 1st-3rd and our second one will be on September 11th-13th.
