Surrounded by beautiful countryside, we are a short drive from Burnley, Pendle, the Ribble Valley and West Yorkshire. Our guest house is unique, given the fact that it is set on the edge of the countryside, with bridleways in every direction on our doorstep, yet only minutes away from several towns and the motorway. We have two lovely village pubs serving a variety of guest ales and bar snacks, tea rooms and grocery. So whether you’re here on business or pleasure it makes a great base for a comfortable Bed and Breakfast stay in the Burnley area. We serve a continental breakfast on Monday & Tuesday in house, and the rest of the week a traditional locally sourced full English breakfast, or if you prefer your board on a room only basis, its entirely up to you ?
