Market research indicated customers wanted to talk directly to experienced technicians that they could trust, be given the best, cost efficient options for repair, and be provided with Main Dealer facilities. We encourage customers to call in or telephone us for a quotation on any repair or to discuss a problem. We are keen to help and will try to beat any genuine quote as we are aware of the tight economic climate and will try to help if at all possible. Since opening in May 2010 a number of motorists have asked us whether we service and repair cars and vans other than French – the answer is yes – now a third of our turnover is from non French vehicles.
