Our engineers have many years experience, holding the necessary recognised industry training qualifications and being fully compliant with all government legislation. We have carried out design, installation and provided services to a wide range of clients throughout the country from large hotels and restaurants to local offices and residents. At Technicair we can offer a full drawing capability on larger projects using AutoCAD packages, which gives us the ability to co-ordinate with other drawings in regards to architectural design and mechanical service layouts. Drawings can be updated throughout work in progress and at project end a final ‘As Installed’ drawing produced. We are also able to offer piped services if required on any project. We will use our own pipework installers or specialist sub-contractors for the installation of gas, hot and cold water services or chilled and heating pipework services.
