TCS provides the complete package :- installation, activation of your internet and email accounts, and training to get you going. We also offer a follow up service to existing clients providing advice and guidance on all areas of IT usage. We come to you – which means you will not be burdened with unplugging your existing machine and transporting it – we do all that for you. Our service also includes hardware and software re-installation back in your home/office, and making sure you are “up and running”. If we are unable to fix your machine, our "no fix, no fee" policy means exactly that! We will however advise alternative solutions and provide a written quotation so you can make an informed decision about what to do next. Our "no call out charge" operates for new and existing customers within the South Manchester area. A number of our customers have since moved home or business premises and live outside the area. If this applies to you, or if you are a new customer, TCS is very happy to support you, but we may have to make a charge for mileage.
