Our aim at Sweatshop is to ensure all our members are in the most enjoyable, friendly, professional, motivating environment and made to feel welcome and be part of something more than just a Gym/ Fitness Centre. With a varied timetable with over 20 classes a week, Including Calisthenics, Bootcamps, Boxing Fitness, Functional Training, High Intensity Interval Training, Cardio Circuits and Strength and Conditioning. We also Run Regular Weight Loss and Body Transformation Challenges, so there will be something to suit all tastes and abilities. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our helpful and motivating staff are trained to assist you in all aspects of your exercise routine, regardless of whether you've never set foot in a Gym before. We also Offer Personal Training sessions, where our Personal Trainers will listen to your needs and develop a workout individually designed and suited for you to meet your goals.
