Increased self awareness will enable you to see your choices and options more clearly and feel less overwhelmed by your emotions. You will build greater resilience and connect with others again. I offer one to one counselling using a holistic approach to look at all aspects of your unique, individual situation and requirements. I do not believe that there is one therapy that suits everyone. I use an integrative approach, which means that I incorporate all three schools of psychotherapy and creatively use various methods appropriate to your needs at every stage of your therapy.
