We can tell you Steve takes his team members at both salons (in Luton and Ampthill) through an ‘In Depth’ training program which equips them to consistently answer the question Have I done everything in my power to help my customer look good and feel fantastic when they leave the salon†with an honest YES! We can tell you about the selection process that Steve uses to find team members with genuine flair and creativity who also have a natural ability to communicate and connect with people. In fact we could tell you a lot ‘About Us’ but we believe it makes more sense to come in and experience for yourself exactly what it is that makes our salons a special place you’ll enjoy spending time in.
