I graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2004 and gained basic core knowledge in the NHS before joining the private sector in 2008 where I further built my skills in MSS and acted as out-patient team leader for 2 years before having my two children then setting up my own private practice in Wymondham. Since having my children I developed an interest in pregnancy and postpartum conditions, I have written articles for the NCT (National Childbirth Trust) and EDP and have successfully treated many women’s pain in and after pregnancy, helping them return to normal daily activities and their chosen sport. I also have clinical Pilates qualifications up to Level 3 from the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute with additional modules in ante, post natal and equipment, take a look at the Pilates tab for my unique and specialist service I deliver. I treat general musculoskeletal, which encompasses a large amount of conditions and age ranges, click on the Treatments tab for some of the conditions I treat and services I provide. I have experience in treating children and adolescents following sports injuries from recreational and elite sports and am a member of the Association for Paediatric Chartered Physiotherapists which helps me keep up to date with current literature and medical science for the paediatric group. My sporting background is swimming, rugby and running which have all helped me to develop my practice when treating patients and understanding the psychology behind injuries.
