Bee’s coaching plans are designed around the individual needs of each client and always recognise that, however ambitious the end goal, cycling is meant to be a pleasurable experience. Anyone, at any ability level, and any amount of experience, who wants to improve their cycling. A wide range of experience ( or very little! ) who are now looking to improve their performance. Some people sign up to coaching for general improvements towards a series of event throughout the year, others may do a specific plan for one big event.
