She has worked with people in many different situations and has a natural talent of being sensitive and caring towards a person’s needs. She is able to work effectively with individuals who want to use food and nutrition to improve their health and well being. I have always loved working with people. Having worked for many years in the fitness industry, I decided that I wanted to work in health and well-being with my love of seeing lives changed for the better. I completed a YMCA course in Nutrition & Fitness in 2011. The course was fascinating and combined studying the science of food and nutrition and its effect on health, with exercise to music. I continue to update my knowledge and skills though regular professional development activities.
