The first floor houses 'The Janet Bassett Gallery' showcasing the work of local artists and crafters. The displays in both the museum and galleries are changed regularly. Details are on the Diary page. We have permanent displays of the Rothwell boot & shoe industry, social history and another of the multi talented Rothwell born actor, singer/songwriter, 'Carry On' star and Broadway entertainer Jim Dale MBE.
