Yoga has the power to transform your life. On a physical level it can help with back ache, shoulder tension and spinal alignment as well as creating a beautiful body. On an emotional level yoga can help reduce stress and anxiety by encouraging states of relaxation and calm Maybe you are interested in the physical side of yoga to help with a specific problem such as backache or perhaps you are suffering from stress or depression. Whatever your situation yoga can make a difference. I feel blessed to have studied under some wonderful and inspiring teachers (Fausto Dorelli, Swami Sadasivananda, Francois Barbira- Freedman and Jo Manuel) who have helped me discover a lighter, happier, stronger and more confident me. These teachers have helped me to work on many levels. Through my teaching I hope to pass on this knowledge and allow others to experience the joy of yoga.
