I started practising yoga in 1996 with some excellent teachers and discovered yoga to be incredibly beneficial to the mind, body and soul. In 2007 I completed the Dru yoga Teacher Training course and have also undertaken a Postgraduate Module in Dru yoga for Back Care. I regularly attend Masterclasses for yoga teachers and other events to keep my practise and ideas current and fresh. Yoga, like life, is a journey and I enjoy incorporating new ideas and movements into our classes. I also encourage my students to use the tools of yoga that they learn on the mat, to help them in their daily living. My classes are open to men and women and are suitable for most ages (over 16 years old) and most levels of ability and fitness.
