Award winning Event Caterers, Plenty of Thyme, was created in late 2016 by Dave Double out of a passion for food and service. Having worked in restaurants, hotels and large scale catering venues since 2000 it was time to setup on his own.
With long days and warm evenings what better way to enjoy them than with a BBQ catering event with family and friends. Make your BBQ an event for you all to enjoy by letting us shop, marinade, cure, prepare, cook, serve and clear up for you all.
All of our meat, fish & vegetarian items are prepared and marinated a day in advance in fully intensify the flavor of the foods.
We use carefully selected charcoal for our BBQ catering, this process is slightly longer but the flavor of the food is noticeable and worth the little wait.
Canapés offer a wow factor to any event and are the perfect start with a drink’s reception. All our canapés are handmade by our chefs and finished off on site.
Served on either black slates, wooden boards or rustic tree slices.
Served by our professional and friendly waiting staff.
We offer sample menus of canapés that we know have a wow factor and taste amazing but can also tailor menus to a theme if you have one.
