An up-front fee at the beginning of the year gives you access to our Consultants at any time. Included in the fee, we will review (or produce) your Statements of Main Terms and Conditions of Employment (“contracts”), and a Staff Handbook. We will also provide advice and guidance on the huge amount of employment legislation you are expected to deal with every year. It’s like having a HR Director on your staff, but at a fraction of the cost.
