Stuart Hammond, the Executive chef of Oliver Catering began his catering career in 1981. His policy is to use only fresh ingredients and hand-produced cuisine to prepare your menu. We also believe that beautiful presentation is a large part of the overall enjoyment of a meal. Our buffets are prepared and assembled at our Chelmsford premises by our qualified chefs who are all hygiene certificated. For hot meals the raw ingredients are prepared at base and then cooked at the venue, ensuring that your meal is fresh and tender, whether at a hall, marquee or at your home in which case we will bring our own portable appliances. With our friendly, efficient, smartly uniformed waiting staff we provide the highest quality service that our customers have come to expect from us.
