Claire has worked in developing and bringing out the best in people throughout her career, especially in the last 10 years. She has a natural ability to spot potential in people that others cannot easily see. In Claire's opinion people are never full, there is always more that can be achieved or learnt with the right support. Being an ambitious and successful person herself, resulted in endless requests for support in interview preparation, CV writing and coaching. This became her reputation whilst working for a large organisation and the high volume of requests started to consuming her spare time. At which point her supportive husband said "It's time you established your business". Hence the birth of ‘Next Steps Coaching'. As her business name suggests Claire dedicates her life to helping others reach their next steps and aspirations however large or small. Her approach has been described on numerous occasions as inspiring, both in face to face situations and sessions over the phone. Her calm nature, and patient style gives individuals the rare luxury of dedicated 'you' time; Repeatedly Claire's input has led to people taking up significant career progressions with financial rewards.
