Many women do not enjoy exercising in the inherently competitive environment produced when having to work out alongside numbers of men and well co-ordinated fitter younger females. - Many women do not believe they have time to make regular gym visits when it usually also includes the pre visit preparations and post workout changing. - Many women are unaware of the need for, or the results delivered by, resistance training as part of their fitness regime. - Many women have a long held negative view of exercise in that they have experienced boredom and muscle soreness, but limited continuous results, from their major time commitment in a less than sociable environment.
