We don’t do Direct Debit payments. We know that a lot of people are worried by DD and the problems that can sometimes occur. Instead we use Standing Order payments. This give you the peace of mind that you have complete control over your payments. We’re as happy to offer PAYG as well as yearly membership and, in fact, everything in between. We will always try to align with your circumstances - not ours. I started work in the leisure industry in 1996 at the Witney Leisure Centre and then joined Aviators†gym in Kidlington in 1999. I attended and passed an industry standard Premier Training Development Diploma Course and as a result was promoted to the position of Head Instructor at Aviatorsâ€. In 2001 I joined The Fitness Company in Bicester as Club Manager and Personal Trainer and while at The Fitness Company I qualified with the British Heart Foundation for Cardiac Rehabilitation. In 2003 I was lucky enough to be awarded the Bicester Business Awards Employee of the Year. Evolve Personal Training was born in 2004, based within the Fitness Company. Training continued and I qualified as a Master Trainer in Personal Training & Managing Lower back pain and since then I have continued to study to complete the Core Stability training exam, which has now qualified me as a Master Trainer in corrective exercise.
