Our aim is to look after the health and wellbeing of our patients by offering advice information and support besides any treatment that is required. We offer fast and effective relief from pain and debilitation and strive to offer our patients an appointment within 24 hours of their inquiry. We focus on your wellbeing and how to help youâ€. Your problems and circumstances are individual and personal to you [e.g. your work, hobbies, activities, stress levels etc.], and as such require treatment and advice that takes all of that into account. We choose the appropriate techniques and advice that is tailored to you specifically. We will aim to identify any predisposing or maintaining factors to your problem thereby removing barriers to recovery. We will deal with you kindly and with respect. We will maintain your confidentiality, and will always aim to do what is in your best interest. Therefore you will NEVER be pressured into having excessive or unnecessary treatment or appointments and we will never attempt to sign you up for a prolonged number of sessions, [in advance or with payment incentives], as you may not need them and our aim is to get you better so that you can confidently recommend us to your friends colleagues and family.
