Giving you the time and head-space to talk things through in confidence really can help you to clarify your thoughts & feelings, to make more sense of whatever it is that is troubling you. As your counsellor my aim is to support and encourage you to discover a deeper understanding of what it is that brings you here, whether that’s depression, anxiety, stress, feeling stuck, bereavement or the many other issues people have come to work through with me over the years.
