A lot has changed since 1994 and we continually develop and expand our capabilities to challenge the norm and find new ways of thinking and engaging. Independently owned, we have enjoyed over ten years of consistent growth, and serve over 80 clients across the UK from our converted barn in Warton, near Preston, Lancashire. We promote a sense of togetherness that we call the ‘ICG family’. The agency comprises of 22 talented and creative people - they are our most important asset. We have a staff structure that encourages openness, creativity and a sense of collaboration, with a non-hierarchical structure where all ideas are equally valued, no matter how many years you’ve been here. Over half of our team has been with ICG for more than five years, with many having been with us for 10 years or more.
