HPW are proud to be finalists for the 2019 South Coast Property Awards! The categories being 'workplace environment' and 'regeneration project of the year' for Network Eagle Lab in Southampton... Working with Essel Group, HPW have prepared detailed plans and proposals for a 52 storey tower in central London to house a cultural centre exhibiting the history of human civilisation. The site is hypothetical at this stage and is used to demonstrate the positive impact of the scheme on the London skyline. HPW have completed a quality design and fit-out of the second floor of the Marlands Shopping Centre in Southampton as a new business incubator hub for Southampton City Council to be managed by Barclays Eagle Labs. As part of the Perfect Circle framework for Southampton City Council, HPW worked closely with the local authority to ensure that they could get maximum value from the project. Project Management and QS services were by Gleeds with M&E design by Ramboll. HPW produced all working drawings and joinery details for the 13000sq ft space which includes offices, a variety of desk space, informal, booth and pod and style seating spaces, metting rooms, studio, makerspace and welfare facilities. Access to the ground floor is by a new dedicated stair and lift core. HPW also designed the graphics and wayfinding for the project.
