The vast majority of our work covers the areas between Salisbury and Bournemouth with specific knowledge of the New Forest National Park, Cranborne Chase and the Isle of Purbeck. A comprehensive understanding of all the above councils' planning policies enables us to formulate the best strategies to secure planning approval for which we have an excellent success rate. The attention to detail we offer is particularly important with the complex nature of policies relating to Listed Buildings, Conservation Areas and National Parks. David commenced his architectural career in Marlborough, Wiltshire in 1988 at Carter Jonas. He worked under the direction of Philip Nicholson and Giles Bennett F.R.I.C.S. for 4 years in their architectural department whilst also carrying out land management duties. The work involved the renovation of large country houses including Chisbury Manor, Biddestone Manor, Minety House and Vernham Manor as well as the design and construction of new dwellings. He established the architectural practice in Breamore in 1992 and has carried out a substantial number of projects, particularly in all aspects of residential work. Following on from his work in Marlborough, David has developed a keen interest and an undoubted expertise in the renovation and extension of old buildings including listed buildings.
