Harper Sperring was established in 1949 and has since developed a strong reputation for high standards and attention to detail not only during the design stages, but also in the contract stages. This ensures a greater quality finish of works completed on site for our clients to enjoy. We’ve developed a wealth of design and management knowledge during the practice’s lifetime, which has been passed on and enhanced through it’s succession of Partners. Our current Principal, Paul Rees has worked at Harper Sperring since early 1999, joining shortly before qualifying as an Architect and registering as a Chartered Architect. Firstly, we’re registered with ARB (the Architect’s Registration Board) and as such we adhere to their ‘Architects Code: Standards of Conduct and Practice’. Secondly, we’re a RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) Chartered Practice and our proposals are aligned with the RIBA Plan of Work 2013. Along with our experience, this plan provides a clear sequential process which regularly minimises costs and time. Our commitment is to provide the optimum solution to our client’s needs with well thought through imaginative designs and carefully detailed information. This minimises confusion on site and ensures a smoother construction process, reducing stress for all involved.
