With small classes run from my home in Farnham, I make it my mission to ensure that you feel comfortable and supported, and that the class moves at a pace to match everyone’s needs. Yoga has been an incredible positive force for me, helping me manage the many challenges that life brings. I have studied and taught yoga for 12 years, and yet I am still discovering its benefits. It brings me great pleasure to share what I have learned with my students. My teaching is not only focused on increasing strength and fitness.
