I offer an introductory meeting that can help you feel more certain about whether to engage in counselling or psychotherapy. Some people find that a few sessions of therapy can help them address a specific problem, while others choose to work on a longer-term basis to help focus on deeper issues. I have extensive training and experience of working with anxiety, relationship difficulties, depression and stress. Other issues that people bring to therapy, such as bi-polar disorder (previously called 'manic depression'), GAD (generalised anxiety disorder), panic disorders, and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), are issues that I have worked with as a psychotherapist and trainer.
