Cowens was founded in the Midlands in 1973 by Bob Cowen and Slav Kuchta, as a commercial insurance broker. Recognising that the service provided to their valued clients could be enhanced, in 1986 the business expanded into the financial planning sector.
The vision for the business was to provide independent insurance and financial planning solutions on a highly competitive and competent basis tailored to the individual client’s needs.
