I am a Graduate of Westminster Hotel School in London. Early in my career I worked in a number of large London Hotels becoming a General Manager in my own right. I opened (at the time) the largest Holiday Inn Hotel in Europe with a staff of 160. My wife and I purchased the Holdfast Cottage Hotel in Little Malvern in 1992. We were awarded Two AA Rosettes for Good Food and nominated as one of Paddy Burt's Top Ten Hotels of the Year (Daily Telegraph). We also featured in both the Good Hotel and Which Hotel Guide for 10 years. We purchased The Cold Chef in 2005 and since have provided quality, fresh catering to many of Malvern’s premier companies as well as catering for many prestigious social events. Our philosophy is to offer a personal high quality service to all our customers providing hand baked tasty foods prepared fresh on our premises.
