The following are a range of dishes that we have served in the recent past and are an indication of the type of food available. However we prefer to discuss the details of your event and we are always happy to arrange a meeting to tailor menus to suit your specific requirements and budget. This list is not exhaustive, please just ask about any individual recipe that you would like. Generally the most economic choice is to select a set menu for all guests, whilst the most expensive route is to offer a choice of dishes at the table. As a result, all of our menus are priced individually on selection. The pricing is also affected by factors such as: facilities available at the location; staffing levels required; seasonal food variations and extras such as linen napkins, specialist china, drinks service and function set up time.
