When you are ready to consider choosing your building contractor we can put you in touch with a number of local builders that we have had a close working relationship with over many years. We pride ourselves on remaining open minded and will do our best to get the right design solution to suit your purpose, lifestyle and budget. One of our strengths is the excellent relationship we have with council planning officers. We submit a large number of planning applications, particularly to Eastbourne Borough Council and Wealden District Council. Indeed, in the 12 months leading up to June 2015 CKA accounted for approximately 10% of all full planning applications submitted by Agents to Eastbourne Borough Council, with 95% of our applications approved first time.
