Established in 1934, we are a forward thinking company with traditional values. We believe in good communication, and with phone and email being perfect sometimes, we do also believe our availability for face to face meetings if our clients would like this can be very reassuring…in short we don’t hide behind our computers…if you would like to meet please ask! In 2013 Bryan and Gill’s daughter Hollie Gaskill joined the company, managing the office, and looking after the lettings and property management side of the business having previously worked in the commercial side of the property industry since graduating. The company remained at 1 Tarbock Road until December 2015, when the sales and lettings side of the business and the building were sold. The survey and valuation side of the business were kept together with the name Bryan Gaskill Properties Ltd. The company is now looking to the future, working on a more flexible basis in Knutsford, Liverpool, St Helens and Warrington and we are once again providing property lettings and management services.
