Alan James Hurst Chartered Architect is a small private practice registered with the R.I.B.A. (Royal Institute of British Architects) who offer a professional service from design conception, local authority applications, CDM (Construction Design and Management) documentation, tender packages, site inspections and contract administration to completion. The office can undertake work with a building construction cost from as little as £20k up to £1.5m. For a full architectural service, fees are negotiated around the R.I.B.A. recommended fee scale based upon a percentage of the contract value plus VAT and out of pocket expenses.
