Alistair qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1995 and has a wide experience in the valuation of both residential and commercial properties throughout Lancashire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire. Alistair commenced his professional career in the Valuation Office at Burnley and spent four years in the organisation dealing with Compulsory Purchase and Council Tax issues. The next two years were spent operating as a Property Manager for Nightingale Chancellors who are an independent firm of estate agents and property managers based in Richmond, Surrey.
