We are a firm of Chartered Building Surveyors & Engineers based in East Lancashire. Our head office is located in Burnley and we have a sub-offices in Blackburn and Lancaster. We are a Multidisciplinary Practice offering a diverse range of property related services, including building surveys, project design and management and engineering services. We have a wide range of clients including private individuals, commercial organisations, schools and colleges, local authorities and housing associations. Our firm was established in 1985 as AF Comish and Associates, and in 1995 John Sharples took over as managing partner and the partnership was renamed ACS Partnership.
