Andrew Allen Moore BSc (Hons) MISTC was born in Kingston-upon-Hull, East Yorkshire, England and now lives on the South coast of England, in Hampshire. Andrew has an honours degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and is a member of the Institute of Scientific and Technical Communicators, the United Kingdom's professional association for technical authors. He was formerly a Tutor for the ISTC Open Learning Courses in Technical Communication Techniques and Technical Authoring.
