Maulesbank Guesthouse is a very friendly, family run, Georgian style, listed historical manor home built in 1796, It is full of character and steeped in the local history of Arbroath and it's surrounding countryside.
We offer very comfortable 4 star Bed & Breakfast en-suite accommodation with views over the North Sea. On the ground floor we have a room with facilities for the disabled. One family room which sleeps 4 and one family room that sleeps three. Three rooms have super-king size beds for either a couple or these can be separated into two large singles. Free WI-Fi is available in all rooms.
