We believe that the child’s welfare is paramount therefore each child is allocated a Key Worker, this is the person who is responsible for feeding and changing, keeping and updating your childs development records and planning for their individual needs. It is important for the Key Worker to establish a bond with your child to ensure they are happy, safe and content.
