In the early 1970s, Garvin Wylie opened Woodlawn Garden Centre on the Saintfield Road, Belfast on the site of a former hatchery owned by his father. Woodlawn Garden Centre quickly established a reputation for range, quality and customer service and for the next thirty years the business continued to flourish. In recent years however, a desire to offer customers an enhanced shopping experience prompted the decision to re-locate to a state-of-the-art garden centre at Carryduff.
